- Begin Your Project Journey
Congratulations and thank you for entrusting us with your valuable fence project. To initiate this process, you’ll need to provide three essential items:
– Signed Contract: You will receive an electronic document for your signature through Adobe. Sign it, and it will be automatically sent back to us.
– Survey: We require a copy of your property survey to verify fence location, assist with HOA submissions, and facilitate building permits.
– Deposit: Expect a secure email from our payment processor, where you can easily submit your deposit.
With these three items, you’re officially on your way to transforming your yard and bringing it to life.
- New Customer Onboarding
Once we’ve received your essential documents, your project will be assigned to our expert team for thorough review. This includes assessments of surveys, permits, NOCs, easements, and more.
Typical Duration: 1-3 Days
- HOA Submission (if required)
If your fence project involves HOA approval, please be aware that we don’t have control over the HOA’s approval timeline. However, we’ll take care of all the essential paperwork, drawings, and approvals and submit them to the HOA on your behalf. In most cases, HOA approvals are granted within 30 days when the ARC (Architectural Review Committee) meets.
Expected Duration: 1-30 Days (On Average – HOAs Follow Their Own Timeframes and guidelines)
- Permit Submission
Typically, from submission to approval, it takes approximately 2 weeks. Please note that while we can promptly submit all necessary documents, the approval timeframe remains beyond our control. During this phase, we also handle the recording of NOCs and other documents at the courthouse. If required, we may obtain “wet” signatures on additional documents.
Expected Duration: 1-14 Business Days (Average Time)
- Pre-Install Review
After obtaining approvals from the HOA and Permit department, your project undergoes a final review to ensure that the fence complies with all necessary requirements.
Expected Duration: 1-2 Days
- Production and Material Ordering
Once we secure the necessary approvals, the production and material ordering phase begins. If your item is not in stock, we place orders promptly. This is done to accommodate any potential changes requested by the HOA or permitting department. While we aim to have your product in stock, if it’s not available, the turnaround time is generally short.

- Installation
Now it’s time to bring your fence project to life and transform your backyard! While the majority of installations are completed in a single day, the timeline may vary based on the complexity and size of the project
